*Cost for a single name is $15. This price includes set up, test stitch out and name stitched on your item. If more details or services are needed the price WILL BE ADJUSTED accordingly. To provide the garment to be stitched on, you must read and agree to our disclaimer before order is placed. By placing the order, you are verifying you read the disclaimer and agree to it. Return shipping will charged at check-out unless other arrangements have been made.

Disclaimer for Embroidery Services on Personal Items

By placing an order with Stitched by Lora/Lora Stoddard, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Stitched by Lora/Lora Stoddard will not be held responsible for any garments supplied by you that may become damaged or acquire imperfections during the embroidery process.

2. The nature of embroidery can result in variations in the final product, as not all materials embroider the same. This includes potential differences in appearance, texture, and overall quality of the finished design.

3. We do not offer replacements for garments that are damaged or become imperfect during the embroidery process.

4. All shipping costs will be paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Proofs/moc-ups will be provided only upon request and may require an additional fee.

6. "Price includes" are given in the product description. It is the customers responsibility to understand what will be included for the price. Any additional services will require additional fees.

7. Please remember orders are considered "Pending" until all fees are paid and all communications have been finalized to complete the order. Until such time, your order will not be processed for completion.

Shipping, Processing Time, & Returns

Processing Time-   Due to the custom nature of our products, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipping. We strive to complete and ship your order as quickly as possible.   If additional customizations are requested beyond the standard options shown on the product page, this may extend the processing time. *Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Please consider both when placing your order.

Returns -  Returns & exchanges are not accepted. Important Notice: Since all items are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the size charts before placing your order and ensure that all personalization details are correct. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Information- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. *Please note: Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we no longer have control over its delivery. We assume it will arrive at its final destination as expected. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit or delivery.  For any shipping concerns, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
